Welcome pack with adult and children’s drinks, nibbles (home-made tzatziki, olives, crisps etc) fresh bread and kitchen basics – so you can relax as soon as you open the door. Local supermarkets will deliver.
Maid, linen changed mid-week, garden and pool maintenance, concièrge service.
Children’s accessories (highchair, travel cot, large play pen with soft tiles in the base) are available on request.
The villa has ample private parking, WIFI and TV.
There is a laundry for guests use after 2:00 pm and a kitchen garden.
Air conditioning, fly nets, shutters are in all bedrooms.
Ceiling fans in the main house with standing fans in the Little Spiti and bunkroom.
Safes are available
Now for the serious stuff - sorry but necessary!!
Please kindly note that all bookings will require copies of passports of all guests, Facetime meeting with the owner, signing of basic Terms and Conditions, payment of 30% deposit to secure booking and full payment 2 months before (non-refundable), holiday/travel insurance in place for cancellations, medical care, belongings etc.
Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for disabled guests.
Owners have all requisite permissions and licences under Greek law.
