There is a large elegant terrace room with air conditioning and ceiling fan, its own dining area, TV area and separate sitting area. The villa is naturally cool even on the hottest of summer days.
The main villa has two large principal double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms one with a separate shower and bath. Situated over a lemon tree rosemary courtyard you will find the ‘Little Spiti’ (little house) with two further large double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, both with independent access. All double bedrooms have beautiful sea views with bamboo covered terraces, wardrobes with plenty of wooden coat hangers and bathroom basics. Your rooms will welcome you with fresh laundered cotton sheets, flowers and filtered water.
The main villa also has an addition double bedroom (bedroom 5) with a zip and link bed (two singles or a double) plus a sofa bed (made up only on special request) with sea and garden hillside views and a dedicated bathroom just down the corridor.
Our villa is much loved by us and is a home. It offers an unusually well equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, American style fridge-freezer with filtered cold water and ice machine (we will provide extra ice in our Welcome Pack as in the hottest weather with a full house it cannot keep up!), filtered water in the main sink (no need to lug heavy bottles), separate additional freezer, coffee machine, cafetière, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, bread maker and so forth. There is no shortage of crockery, serving bowls, glasses and poolside attractive plastic glasses too!

There is a well stocked library with some guide books (not that new since the internet took over!) and some maps. We politely ask that you put these back at the end of your holiday.
There are further 'holiday' type books dotted around the villa for your enjoyment and you are welcome to leave yours for future guests if you have finished them and managed not to water log them!!
